Additional specifications

• All materials due 3 days before campaign begins.
• Flash-based ads should use the “clickTag” format. For instructions, go to demo.doubleclick.net/generators/docs.designer_version.pdf.
• Banner ads may not produce audio without user initiation.
• Once audio begins, there must be a clear “pause” or “stop” button.
• Advertisers must link to a Web page and provide a functioning URL link.

E&E Publishing reserves the right to refuse or return advertising for any cause. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertisement. E&E also reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its agency jointly liable for money due and payable to E&E Publishing.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests for contracts or insertions must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to the materials deadline.
